City Hall, Mr. Gilberto Ríos Ruíz, Director General of the Port Authority of Coatzacoalcos, as well as Pearl Queen Mirielle I, held a ceremony commemorating LXIX Anniversary of National Marina Day.

For the eighth consecutive year of Coatzacoalcos Port Authority received the distinct credited as the Socially Responsible (ESR), recognition by the Mexican Center for Philanthropy (Cemefi) and the Alliance for Corporate Social Responsibility (AliaRSE) in the IV Latin American Meeting on Socially Responsible Companies.

From the Port of Avilés, Spain, the dutch flagged "B/M Happy River" arrived this January 11th to the Port of Coatzacoalcos, to discharge 280 tons of equipment and parts, among which there is a reactor of 207 tons and 65 mts. long. The unloading of the heavy equipment was conducted by the Cooperative Society of Stevedores, one of the local manoeuvre companies.
