Port of Coatzacoalcos links efforts with a social cause

The Comprehensive Port Administration of Coatzacoalcos, S.A. de C.V., collected non-perishable food in order to support the program of the Food Bank, Olmec Region.

In the past few days, Eng. Miguel Ángel Sierra Carrasco, General Director of API Coatzacoalcos, urged the participatory spirit of the entity's collaborators to join forces in order to contribute to the food security of vulnerable people in the region. Banco de Alimentos, Olmeca Region: it is a civil association founded in Coatzacoalcos since 2014, its mission is to provide reliable food, nutritional education and training for the development of food self-sufficiency, purposes that could benefit almost 200,000 people living in poverty, located in 25 municipalities that include the Olmec region.
