API Coatzacoalcos, begins expanding the pier in Laguna Pajaritos

The Port Authority of Coatzacoalcos, takes its commitment as a link in the supply chain in the south-southeast, because of that increases its infrastructure in the port area of Laguna.
With an investment of 330 million pesos the Port of Coatzacoalcos will develop in two stages 1P Dock, the first phase includes the construction of 130 meters of marginal wharf, in the second 265 meters more, in addition to the 270 meters which has currently; to achieve a total of 665 meters of quay, allowing the arrival of large vessels.
It also is considering the construction of an access road that connects the port area with industrial area in order to reduce the distance and time to transport various cargoes handled by the port.
The complexity of the work for this project, make that investment is biannual form according to the programming of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit (SHCP).
Thus, the "Port of Coatzacoalcos, Mexico's Leader in Bulk Cargo" modernizes, expands and builds new infrastructure and cope with the changes that mark the development of the country.
