Puerto Coatzacoalcos invests more than 700 MDP in new port infrastructure

As part of the investment program in port infrastructure, the entity carries out important works in the port area of Laguna de Pajaritos, which will provide the best services that are required with the imminent arrival of the Interoceanic Corridor of the Isthmus of Tehuantepec.

Recently, Mr. Antonio Luna Rosales, General Director of the Integral Port Administration of Coatzacoalcos (API Coatzcoalcos), took a tour with the purpose of supervising the progress made there. Only in 2019, with federal resources for $ 302 million pesos are built:

Stage 2 of the first 80 meter dock module, investment $ 155

Stage 2 of the second 50 meter dock module, investment $ 108

As part of the actions that CIIT has planned for the growth of regions and localities, API Coatzcoalcos in public tenders includes local construction companies, with the purpose of complying with the guidelines and that the economic spill is reflected in the city, in addition These projects generate 95 direct and 35 indirect jobs.
